I chuckled at that, as well. What I don’t understand though, is the clouds may reflect light back into space, but they also trap heat in. NASA and NOAA have estimated that vapor trails from planes have cause a couple of degree rise in global temps over the last 50 years simply by creating cloud cover. . . .

I believe nightime heat radiation to space is in the infrared spectrum, which thin clouds reflect at a higher level than those same clouds reflect daytime sunlight, which is across a broad spectrum.  all about percentages versus all or nothing

the article is just frustrating . . . whether an electrical cable or pipeline or highway or an experiment it seems too easy to stop things sometimes
