I couldn’t access it either earlier today.  I posted that Shaw should be sued a few days back and got no response.

I just assumed they closed the curtain while they fellate each other.

I received an email from a well known poster asking if he’d been banned, and if so, which post got him banned. That’s the mentality, walking on egg shells. . . .

That said, allegedly Yvonne is working on the issue.

That dumb broad banned me at Gatorboy years ago. She can’t handle the truth. F her and all her minions. She doesn’t know Jacksh*t about football anyway.

“I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I

According to a well placed source, it may be down for a while. Bots attacked, the host shut it down, and the fixes may take some time. . . .

It’s back up. Glad they got it going again.  It’s the only site I check for stanford sports news. Too many people became Dave Shaw acolytes and couldn’t see the emperor’s nakedness.

If the bots attack this site don’t hold your breath for a recovery.

Guilty as charged.  I definitely missed the beginnings of the decline in SHaw’s performance, and believed he could learn and adjust.  ARGGGG

We went from grounding and pounding folks with some really talented guys in almost every position to winning lucky with clearly less talent but a few true standouts (think Harrison Philips IIRC), to not winning, and not having much talent (or even a full roster, which is a crime against the players IMHO).

It was pretty easy to see.  It was also easy to like Dave Shaw.  Still is, by the way. I’ve got nothing against the guy and think we oversaw the best era of Stanford football.  I also think he wasn’t held to account for the perceptible decline in roster and performance. He retired on active duty for a couple of years and collected monster paychecks without questions for it.
