The Daily Mail predicts Trump will win the electoral college 287 to 251, while Kamala Harris has a 66% chance of winning the popular vote.
Election model predicts who’s on course to win
Stephen Lile of The Hill thinks that losing the White House will be the ultimate victory. Long story short, he feels that the Jimmy Carter effect is about to occur: a once-popular candidate becomes president and enacts policies that are so bad for America that the country votes in the other party for three terms in a row.
He clearly feels that both Trump and Harris are deeply flawed, both candidates will trumpet a razor-thin margin as a mandate, either candidate will be a terrible president leading to an awful four years, and the other party will reap a decade-plus of power subsequent to the upcoming presidential failure.
