The French have a race problem that is bigger than the US’s. They just sweep it under the carpet.

Does the US have a race problem?  I don’t think so.

As we saw with the extension of the Voting Rights Act and the subsequent litigation and now affirmative action, legislators are lazy and therefore counterproductive types. They passed the extension using 60 year old data. Things had changed.

There is real inequality. But in my view it is socioeconomic not race based. It is failing public schools and ineffective family environments that are causing the inequality across all racial demographics.

Politicians would rather address problems from the past. Certainly not problems that are currently worsening and that impact political alliances.

I think we’re becoming India with an onerous cast system. Income inequality is impacting the middle out and the bottom up. See bidenomics results. These clowns have failed to deliver big time. They’ve reversed the Trump successes where our lower casts actually enjoyed increasing real incomes…for a couple years.

I’m so very sick of the MISINFORMATION that comes out of DC. And they’re busting their asses to insure it is all the public sees.

I posted this news on the French rioting because it is a big story that is being largely unreported outside France.  George Floydian.   Elsewhere it is being given a good “leaving alone”.

My first thought was how much does this crap cost the French government?  One kid shot?  40,000 cops deployed.  What’s that cost?  What outcome do the rioters want?  Is this about reparations and not the kid?    Probably.  And they will get it.

A civil society can deal with race issues given enough time.  But they can’t deal with the costs of a highly uncivil society be it these kind of uprisings or the cost of a Fentanyl baby put up for adoption and the massive amounts of professional assistance needed until the kid reaches 18.

Leaders like Macron don’t seem to be able to articulate any common sense.  Just diversion.   We will all cave into to massive debt.

We watched “The Battle of Algiers” for History CIV. Great movie. Apparently the French, having adopted American culture, want a sequel.

The U.S. doesn’t have a race problem. The U.S. has an entitled mentality asshole problem.  The Supremes made a big step to de-institutionalize it this week.  All my Nigerian friends come here, thrive, and love the U.S.A. Many have privately confided they see a lot of B.S. in the racial narratives played by various “leaders” and the media.

“I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I

For what it’s worth; that’s the race problem I’m talking about. You can’t look at the Floyd riots and say we don’t have a race problem. It’s just that it’s not the problem as DC defines it.
