Of course, Russia has an export ban because they need all of it for themselves. And the amount is de minimis. It’s either a performative charade to find a way to normalize Putin, or it’s just Trump being a fucking idiot, thinking this will somehow lower prices meaningfully before the election. Probably both.
When you understand "the deep state" simply refers to the rule of law, it makes much more sense.

Diesel is a problem and has been a structural problem predating but exacerbated by Iran conflict.
