The big talk in Los Angeles is that Hollywood is suffering a Detroit-style jobs meltdown.
The number of Hollywood jobs, entertainment industry jobs in Southern California peaked at 455,000 in July, 2022. As of last month, that number had dropped to 344,000, a drop of 24.4%.
