You have to wonder what constitutes a real conflict of interest for them. The note about Ivanka benefitting from Trump hotels selling to the government seems a bit petty, but I don’t know the details.

History will be the judge of it, I suspect (unless the DOJ is at some point), but I do wonder if Trump will make more money after being POTUS than he made before. Certainly “monetizing the presidency” is a criticism one could level at Obama and the Clintons.
Of course, popularity and celebrity are easier when one is a Democrat. Much harder to be a celebrity when you are Dick Cheney.
