I think one of the few issues that the Left and Right agree upon at the Federal level that local judges are trying to set national policies from their tiny little kingdoms.
Even liberal judges like Elena Kagan have expressed exasperation regarding the 600 or so local judges who are issuing national injunctions over issues that are far, far beyond the limits of their power.
