I’m not going to complain too much about Mr. Huang. But it seems that crafty accountants and lawyers have been able to circumvent the existing tax regulations for quite some time.
What really stood out to me in this article is that formerly 20% of estate tax returns were audited…now it’s down to 3% because of budget cuts. Maybe we should hire an army of IRS auditors…
