      Prop 39 is the voter ID measure. Currently trails in the polls, generally at 51% oppose, 41% to 42% support, the rest undecided.

      Broken down by party, Democrats lean 80% oppose, Republicans lean 92% support, independents are 45% support, 41% oppose.
