  Issues a 21 day ban on contact sports within the county. No games, no practice. Also mandates a 14 day quarantine for anyone traveling more than 150 miles to enter, or return to, the county.

  And exactly how do they plan on enforcing travel restrictions? Have the Gestapo stop everyone on the 101 to check papers? Or maybe a special travel pass?
  
  These idiots can’t stop the homeless from ripping off businesses, but they are going to check 10s of thousands of motorists? What are the rules for truckers delivering shipments? Will they round up everyone arriving at SJC and force them into quarantine?

    Laughable, if it weren’t so tragic. Target and Walmart can stay open, but the once 4 million small businesses cannot.
