We educated them, gave them teaching positions, are electing them to political office because we did not understand or did not take the time to understand what they mean to do to the USA. We allowed them to teach our children values foreign to what made our country the greatest on this planet despite our growing pains, inadequacies and the evolution in getting there. Now we are one election away from losing it all. If you hate this nation we have evolved into over 250 years, just vote for a Democrat candidate up and down the ballot and you will succeed in destroying it. I have no idea what will happen in November because Trump hatred has blinded otherwise reasonable people into siding at this point with those who would vastly change our way of life. That people here and on the Bootleg in years past would support these candidates is disgusting and frightening all at the same time. I cannot forgive them even if they know not what they do. They are allowing violence and lawbreaking in the inner cities which will no doubt spread to the so called comfortable suburbs to which most of us have escaped but it will reach us, all in the name of converting us to a bureaucratic and socialistic society. And then what? Once the genie is out of the bottle, there is no going back because we will have elections by mail with ghosts and illegals stuffing the ballot box by harvesting, two more states in DC and Puerto Rico to change the balance of government and executive orders to open the borders. We have 4 months to rethink what is happening. I am not at all hopeful that my fellow citizens will wake up in time just as I damn well know what I have posted here will not change anyone`s mind or anything at all.
Sanders, Soros, Ayers, Dohrn, Obama, Pelosi and AOC have won. Chesa Boudin worked for Chavez in Venezuela and people in SF elected him DA. WTF. What does one think he wants our nation to become? Biden will become their empty vessel for all the aspirations to rework society and destroy the republic by permanently rigging elections. All have become wealthy or soon will be and will become the new generation of ultra rich bureaucrats who will make all the decisions for us in every aspect of our lives while redistributing wealth as we evolve away from capitalism. Think you sit fat and happy in your older years with great pensions or great savings? Just wait. We failed our children. We have become the nation of the ignorant. In the most amazing irony of all, the only voters that matter are those in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, N Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan and possibly Ohio and New Hampshire. The rest are sadly irrelevant and predictable. Upon those electoral outcomes will the future of our nation as capitalist or socialistic be determined. Most of us will have no say in what happens. Our family will have 7 votes in Florida.

ParticipantDon’t worry Rocky. Trump will win again.
Even if he’s down about 8 or 9% in the polls, like he currently is in the RealClearPolitics average, I don’t think the Democrats can overcome the built in advantage Republicans have in the electoral college, plus voter suppression, plus Trump’s new crony at the US Postal Service who undoubtedly will do his best to interfere with absentee voting, plus purges from the voter rolls, polling place reductions that always seem to affect working class minorities resulting in insanely long lines, and closing of DMVs in strict voter ID states, among other things.
Republicans control most of the election apparatus in the swing states and I have a bridge to sell you if you don’t think they will pull out every dirty trick. They’re already doing their damndest (e.g., the poll tax in Florida to thwart the constitutional amendment that passed with overwhelming majority to let ex felons vote).
I predict Trump will be down by some statistically significant margin in every poll, but when the smoke clears he will magically be victorious to everyone’s surprise, and Republicans will just claim the polls were wrong.

rjnwmillParticipantThanks for the link Rocky. Is Barr up to the task? The record, or lack thereof in the Durham investigation is troubling.

ParticipantA) Welcome back. Coup de grace post.
B) We lost our country when the Progressive Left took control of Education.
From Kindergarten all the way to College graduation.
Trump is (was) a hiccup on the way to Social Democracy or worse.

I don’t think it’s going to be Social Democracy, not for very long. I think we’re headed towards some bastardized version of Communism. The Dems will be in charge, though. Of that, I’m certain.

“I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I

ParticipantBiden is not a dummy. He was around in ’94 and witnessed the Gingrich Revolution. If he goes overboard the bi-election in ’22 will stone the Dems. I’m sure there are GOP strategists already working on the ’22 and ’24 elections. They are the real Republicans, not the Poseur in Chief who has no party.

ParticipantI think he meant John of Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster. Military leader during the Hundred Years War with France. Third son of Edward III.
