My proposal:

Retain Shaw as head coach.

Fire strength and conditioning staff (or hire football specific staff).

Diron Reynolds has to go.

OL coach has to go.  Try like heck to hire Dalman.  Failing that, hire Ben Muth.  Or Sam Schwartzstein.

Hire an offensive coordinator.  There are plenty available.  Troy Walters would be great.

These “quality control” coaches / staff need to emphasize reduction of penalties.

Unfortunately, no changes made thus far. None of our coaches have been recruited away. . . .
