Kansas is favored by 3, right? Yet the ESPN estimate right now is that Stanford has a 56.8% chance to win. Isn’t that kinda weird? Does that happen a lot? I presume different organizations are providing those figures, but still, you would think the team that is favored would be more likely to win.
By the way, the over/under is 53 so, with a 3 point spread, the estimated final score will be 28 to 25 in favor of Kansas. I will be interested to watch the game tomorrow. I really didn’t watch last year’s covid-wracked season. All the games felt like pre-season or exhibition games.
From what I’ve read, the game will be largely determined by the running game and each team’s respective ability to stop the other. Apparently, our run defense is suspect (and that is, I think, a euphemism). But our run offense is strong. I think it might turn out to be a good game to watch.
Sympathy is appropriate at some level, I guess. But he wasn’t cognitively challenged for 50 years, during which time he was a corrupt, arrogant fool. He couldn’t displace Hillary for the top spot, but he comes close to being as bad while still being noted for his geniality. What a maroon!! 🤣

It is shocking how weak the Democrats’ bench is. There is not one strong leader in that group. And there are several horrible human beings.

Leaders are rare. This administration is actually an example of negative leadership. This is not just the absence of principles and perseverance. The guy with the aviator shades is playacting; trying to pretend to lead. Instead, the country is collapsing on every front. The administration has created crises in every area on which it has acted. And Biden himself is a dissembling fraud. Those who manipulate him are a very dangerous combination of arrogance and ineptitude. They are radical activists who think that politics is the only process that matters. They have no connections to spiritual meaning. They value only political victory and any non-secular values are not recognized other than as rhetorical platitudes.
Yeah, but they’re gonna get OPEC to help us keep oil prices down. They’ve got that going for them . . . .

Well, the Democrats probably think it is about authoritarianism, which is ironic given Nancy Pelosi. What I think it is in its most abbreviated expression is “America First”.
