On a scale of 1-10, how disrespectful was it to move Joe Biden to 11:30 p.m. on Day 1 of the convention?

Disrespectful enough that even a friendly interviewer asked Harris’ deputy campaign manager if it was a mistake. Fulks replied “I don’t think it was a mistake.”

Top Harris official pressed to explain Biden’s speech getting moved to late night, if it was ‘disrespectful’ (msn.com)

Moving the President to the worst time on the worst night = not a mistake. I guess not, if he’s non compos mentis.

But it likely wasn’t a mistake, it was likely intentional:

There’s no hiding Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ incompetence (msn.com)

      The Big Three lies:

      1. Biden is still competent enough to remain in the Oval Office for five months.
      2. Biden was a great president with historic accomplishments (65% of voters say country is on the wrong track). His top approval rating, 57%, was early in his term. His lowest, 36%, was last month.
      3. Kamala Harris is competent enough to replace him as president.

How does a major party nominee refuse to hold a single press conference, sit for a serious interview, or engage in a debate?
