This one was interesting. After the Russians actually showed up in court, Mueller has been attempting to avoid disclosure of evidence. This could result in dismissal of the case.
Kind of like the fact that the theory is being tested.

Only Concord Management has appeared in court. Mueller trying to restrict Concord from sharing the evidence with the other co-defendants unless they first appear in court. It doesn’t particularly offend my sensibilities.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I just think it's cute that you think yours really matters.

Yeah, but Concord was indicted, right? So the government has to produce the evidence, I think. Doesn’t matter if the co-conspirators are holed up somewhere. I could be wrong…waiting for the lawyers to show up on the board. Should happen soon.
