For a former prosecutor you seem to have no nose for 5 day old fish in the refridgerator.  Personally I’d be more willing to look the other way if the history of the last 4 years had be reasonably clean.  But it was rotten to the core perpetrated by one party.  Let’s be reasonable and keep that in mind.

Some thoughts.

1.  There is no fraud in states like mine where you have strict rules about voter identification, deadlines, absentee ballots and so on.  That set of states is probably most states save 10 or so..  I trust the voting in my state completely.  I don’t trust the numbers coming out of a handful of states  with big city machines with a history of voting fraud.
2. Requiring a positive ID is not voter suppression.
3. My understanding of what I have read about Scorecard it that the program had been set to trigger at no more than 3% of the vote. You get upper boundaries and lower boundaries in the program that are very tight.  So if you have a ward that counts 600 votes, the maximum number of votes moved according to the program would be 1 to 18 votes according to the capability of the program.  Are 1 or 2 votes going to jump out at you in chain of custody audit?  Let’s say 7 million votes cast in PA and 1% switched?  70,000 votes over 3000 wards?  Enough to change the outcome. Throw in mail in votes with deadlines long after election day and it all becomes unreliable.
4. Mitt Romney did not receive 1 vote in 59 precincts in Philadelphia in 2012. “Experts say no problem”
5. Nationally in 2008 there were 180,000 precincts nationally with more than 10 votes cast and Obama shut out McCain in 477.  McCain shut Obama out in 52.
6. In Ohio in 2012 Obama won 27 precincts with no votes for Romney.  One precinct was 599-1.  That year there were 2 precincts where Obama got no votes.
7. In Cuyahoga county in 2012, Obama ran up a 6354 margin in 19 precincts to zero votes for Romney.
8. It’s not about who votes.  It’s about who counts.

“Experts” see nothing unusual with any of this.  I disagree.Between you and I and the Lamppost I think Republicans are complicit too.  Based on my nose.

Thanks Rocky.   That’s quite disturbing.  That was posted just prior to the election.

Might be the best ocean front location on the northeast coast.  Had some Laphroaig at the bar inside the hotel last Friday ala Legend and Prince Charles.  Life is good.

You should have kept both.   The area is booming. Building everywhere on both sides of Great Bay.  You can’t lose in Rye.

Betty’s still there. Busy.

Yup.

The golf courses are at 90%  right now.   Unbelievable.  A lot of the Massholes who are not working come up to America and fill up the New Hampshire courses.   NH is far less restrictive.  Tough to get a tee time even up in the Rochester area which has some good tracks.   Had to play Kingswood in Wolfboro last week and even that was full.

I’m a pragmatist.   President Trump should accept the election of Biden for the good of the country after a review of what happened.   At this point nothing good will come of extending this.  Live to fight another day.

Republicans have been given a gift with the election of Biden/Harris.  Play the hand.   Should be pretty easy.
Not only the Pfizer announcement, but did you see 60 Minutes segment on Operation Warp Speed? Televised after the election of course. What happened here in 6 months is amazing. This group went from forming to ready to deliver 100 million doses of vaccine in a blink of a bureaucratic eye. Not much on vaccine efficacy, but a look at the logistics management required. And then there is Biden’s plan to control Covid. A national mask edict and continuing Operation Warp Speed. There is some creative thinking on that team.
I  think we’re going to see some Trump semi-friendly garbage by the media now to get some eyeballs back if they can. They’ll hire some “conservative voices”.  Trump won’t be erased yet but that’s coming.

In 15 years 60 Minutes will do a fluff piece lookback on Biden on his son’s corrupt activities after the hagiography is complete to include his Nobel Peace Prize.  That’s when you’ll find out that Biden created Operation Warp Speed and actually saved the world.  :good:

It’s great fiction about a guy who was elected President who can’t fill up a minivan of supporters.  You can’t dream this stuff up but maybe someone can try to write an Appendix as in 1984 to explain the official language of team Biden.  Like the official language of Oceania.

So the good guy never got elected.  Hate Trump did.

I see the final vote count as:

Trump –  71,000,000 votes or more

Hate Trump –  75,000,000 votes or less

Biden/Harris – Maybe 20 votes tops.

Legend, he got  7 million more votes this time.  He lost despite having 70,000,000 voters who were passionate about his re-election.

Speculating now.  I think Trump will exhaust his legal options and leave because he owes it to those voters as Al Gore correctly did.   But for those who continue to underestimate Trump, I think the worst is yet to come specifically for the Milktoast Republican Party of  Willard Romney and John McCain.  Republicans who really admire big government, the status quo and big campaign contributions for re-election.

Think back to Ross Perot who got 20% of the vote as a 3rd party candidate in 1992 with almost 20,000,000 votes under the Reform Party.   Trump got 70,000,000 this week.  Most who now think they got screwed.   It no longer matters what really happened in the vote count if anything.

When you can draw enormous crowds who are willing to risk Covid and wait all day in freezing conditions just to see the man they believe in, he’s not about to call it a day. Not in his DNA.

How many of those 70,000,000 would join a newly formed political party under the Trump brand in time for the mid-term elections in 2022?  What have they got to lose?  Willard Romney?  If Perot got 20,000,000 votes Trump can double it for starters. I think we may see something like that.  The beltway political class may be in for a big surprise.

Agree Rocky but Trump won’t win this.

But which do you think was worse as this election unfolded?   Ballet harvesting by one party to make the votes look like an Apple Wallet payment or the interference in the process run by the social media giants from Silicon Valley?  And the fear of violence by Trump supporters of putting a sign on their front lawn much less wearing a MAGA hat.

I don’t think it’s close.
