rjnwmillParticipantRocky, you’re closer to this than I, but I understand the SEC runs tests for three consecutive days to identify false positives.
I guess that’s not good enough for Stanford?

rjnwmillParticipantInteresting narrative and it would fit with the suggestion that Obama wanted Flynn gone. Where’s Snowden when we need him?

rjnwmillParticipantWould you?
”Trump has never looked worse. Even if he was confident of ultimate victory, common courtesy is to treat the announced winner with respect. The good of the country demands it.”
After the FISA abuse? After Biden proposed the use of the Logan Act in the Flynn frame? After Schiff lied his ass off about Russia collusion, falsely citing the sealed testimony of 50 Obama administration officials? After the disclosures about Biden Inc; his son, his brother & his sister? After Joe flat out lied about “never talking to his son about his business”?
I don’t think that treating the “winner” with undeserved respect is demanded for the “good of the country”. To the contrary, I think the appointment of a hard nosed special counsel to look into the laptops and money laundering and to take over the Durham investigation is in the best interests of the country. Screw this coverup of the games played by our DC betters. We should do better than settling for this shit.

rjnwmillParticipant22 years ago my son spent a summer at the Wolfboro Camp School. He hated it. Living in tents, “Come on man.” His destination of choice is a hotel in an active urban neighborhood.

rjnwmillParticipantMick, are you serious,
”the Democrats don’t have a mandate. Hopefully, they understand that fact.”
Understand that fact, really? Look at the announced priorities from the senile one. The idiots are in their way back machine and think if Mitch doesn’t want to play ball, they can govern with their phone and their pen. Yea, right.
Let’s recall, DACA survived in a 5-4 vote with Robert’s writing the decision. And RBG was with the majority. There is no legislative framework under that program, simply bureaucratic rules; just political rules that don’t warrant deference from a court. Biden thinks he can reverse Trump and change immigration policy with executive orders on day 1. He’s simply going to provide the vehicles for the exercise of a conservative majority on the USSC. He’s going full throttle opening a can of whoop-ass on himself. The senile one ain’t in Kansas anymore.
Like Kahn in Star Trek 2, Orange is declaring, “From hell’s heart, I stab at thee!” He’s going to go all ACB on their asses, and their phones and their pens. But there goes Joe…

rjnwmillParticipantRocky, do you really want CNN/MSNBC for the right? I would prefer, “fair and balanced”.
The litigation is just now being filed. Until this week the equal protection underpinnings were not a matter of focus. I think this is Orange’s strongest argument and is consistent with the 2000 rulings re the Florida recount. Clark County in Nevada, Allegheny County in Pennsylvania and the Detroit County may have had more generous rules re acceptance of mail in ballots and those rules clearly favor one party.
This has been covered briefly on Fox. I hope they will expand their analytical review as they have time to review the filings. (I have not read a single filing)
I share the author’s view of Wallace; I question whether he should be the face of Fox News. Personally I much prefer Britt Hume, but he’s made a personal decision Wallace should have made years ago; cut back on the schedule and spend some time with the grandkids.
The author totally ignores the prime time talent decisions Fox has made in the last three years. Carlson, Ingram & Breem were selected and promoted. 15 hours a week of national exposure for conservative thought. And Carlson pushes the envelope with insightful “fact based” conclusions.
Personally, I don’t want what this author is selling; anymore than I want Maddow, O’Donnell, Cuomo or Lemon.

rjnwmillParticipantRocky, this gives Orange the arms and legs he needs to pursue anomalies/fraud. I think that’s important as could be to our voting processes going forward. If our methods can be hardened and the minimum standards for voter integrity be established and documented, it will be a huge win.
Hopefully the investigations into the voting processes will be properly staffed so they proceed a bit faster than the Durham & Hunter Biden laptop efforts.

rjnwmillParticipantYour timing here is perfect…the day the Dow futures advance over 5%…on the results Orange achieved with Operation Warp Speed. The core economic structure introduced by Trump, an active partnership between government and private companies to achieve shared public goals on a more timely & cost effective basis will be forgotten…in favor of the same tired model used for 75 years by both parties; top down government driven policy with no interest in the concept of a return on capital or labor. Cash for clunkers don’t you know. Top down shovel ready infrastructure spending. DHHS healthcare web site delivery. {See the cost effectiveness of DCCC and the SCC campaign spending this election cycle}
Who needs a public sector that is focused on efficient policy formulation and implementation? Who doesn’t want governmental policy that drives public sector productivity standards into every part of our economy and society?

rjnwmillParticipantRocky, here’s what I know. Biden presided over the Thomas confirmation hearing that the Justice referred to as, “The high tech lynching of an uppity black man.” Bret Kavanaugh will permanently wear a scarlet letter because of Democrat political strategy to achieve strictly political objectives. ACB was asked if she was a sexual predator by a democrat senator in front of her family. Justice Alito has already engaged in litigation in Pennsylvania.
I am absolutely certain they each understand the damage that would be done to our institutions if political hacks decide elections forcing voters to the side line as observers.
As to Gorsuch, Kagan, Sotomayor, Breyer & Roberts, I’ll happily trust their understanding of and commitment to our institutions and philosophy of governance. I may not agree with their conclusions but I respect their intellect and the depth of their domain expertise.
Let the chips fall where they may.

rjnwmillParticipant“I’ve kinda given up on this crusade, until I can figure someway out of the money dilemma. Piketty estimates there are six to eight times productive wealth as there is ibcone. But there are hundreds, maybe thousands, of times of money equivalents – glamor stocks, for one, leveraged debt instruments, stock options, collectible, etc. Coping with that is way beyond my expertise. Is a puzzlement.”

rjnwmillParticipant“Concede gracefully, and live to fight another day.”
What a silly thought…from a lawyer? There is no doubt there were constitutional violations at the state level in several states.
As you well know, the courts, other than Judge Emmitt Sullivan’s, are strictly limited to the settlement of disputes between parties that come before the court.
This is an opportunity to investigate and improve our election integrity. As you well know, it’s been 20 years since the last go at this. That process in 2000 asserted important equal protection obligations that strictly limited the influence of the politicians who sought to pervert the vote counting.
Absent aggressive investigations and litigation my kids will be very much like the cardboard cut out “fans” that now populate football stadiums…truly meaningless “observers” of the games played by our political class.
And one last thought of a similar nature, I profoundly hope Orange appoints a special counsel with a BROAD charter to investigate Hunter Biden, the broader Biden family and the money flows so any conflicts of interest/money laundering/pay to play policy is exposed.
“Concede gracefully”, no thank you. There is too much work yet to do and the opportunity has presented itself.

I don’t see him as humble. I see confrontational.

My hopes, the wave will include 17+ seats in the House & that McCarthy won’t prove to be Ryan part deux.
Step up Bill.
