Perhaps the VA governor can present as a woman of color instead of straight black face?  Rachael Dossial, sp,…is she colorful enough?

So many choices Joe; so little time.

I’m old, just ask Roscoe…so I remember the Watergate hearings…on a good day.

There was some surprise in the content of the public testimony 50 years ago. Politics as it is now, I can’t imagine there could be any surprise. The hacks would be shaping the narrative weeks in advance.

Rocky, I wonder why Graham would select as a second witness someone who doesn’t deserve live coverage on Fox News?

His targeting is poor or perhaps he’s slow playing the process.

    “Taht would be great.

    Channeling your inner Biden?

In addition, I reject your position. We haven’t had interesting debates since Reagan/Mondale. 2016 with the Orange set the barr. Clinton paramours front and center in polite society to view the debate between Cankles and Orange…after being labeled by the campaign as trailer trash?  The level of our political practitioners available for all to see!  Priceless

Besides Roscoe, I’m desperate for high quality pandemic programming. Bring it on. I want to see CornPop in the gallery this year…plus some of Biden’s covey of leg hair petters…and a Ukrainian prosecutor or two.

Pardon if I overshot the runway. I thought the Oregon stalemate was over ownership and control of “federal” lands, grazing and water. Wouldn’t be the first time I was wrong.

Laughable really. Our political “pros” are really pushing the envelope on the presumption of ignorance re the electorate.

Spend three and a half years chasing tax returns because everyone else has disclosed and then decline debates?

I can’t wait to hear the explanation. Dementia likely won’t appear in the narrative. They also won’t admit that it has anything at all to do with Clyburn’s experience on Fox News yesterday morning.

Lex, let’s presume debates represent a “Hail Mary” for the Biden campaign. We’ll soon see if the trend line from Rasmussen is acknowledged by the players.

I bet he’d actually drain the swamp instead of just import different snakes.”

If you want to drain the swamp, you can hope Mr. Bundy retains Barr as AG?

It is fascinating to me that some here will settle for the senile guy with too many hangers on from the last administration.  Haven’t they done enough to f*ck things up already?  I just wonder when the Orange One is going to get serious with the carpet bombing on these “public servants”?

And for your amusement, take a look at this accomplished gentleman/disembler/bullsh*tter.  The distinguished person of color who brought us Mr. Dementia. Skip the first two minutes talking about the hurricane and VP options and listen to him try to walk away from his own self serving, race bating political commentary on current events.  Hardly a statesman…turn Bundy loose on his a$$.

I still eat oatmeal every day and often pop a chubby that I like to whip out and show to the family.”

Does that in any way explain why the family is living the good life in Texas while you’re hanging out in a trailer in the desert?

Four years ago Bundy led a group of “Patriots” who tore down fences and bulldozed over federal land considered sacred to Native Americans, causing close to a million dollars in damage to the bird refuge property and buildings, according to the Obama administration. The occupation began as a protest of the federal government’s treatment of ranchers Steven and Dwight Hammond, but turned into a weeks-long confrontation with local and federal authorities. Bundy was later acquitted for leading the occupation.

interesting proposal re his possible candidacy. I have two initial thoughts. I hope Sir Bundy understands the risks associated with our supply chains. Second Roscoe, I truly hope you’re on the “Bundy” side on water rites issues. I’d hate to see you “defunded”.

if you really believe that no one is preferentially treated on the upper end of the net worth spectrum when it comes to health care you are just hopelessly naive.”

And you’re confused.  What’s different with health care.  It ain’t “preferential” to sell goods and services to people who can afford the bill.  And for those who don’t like that resource allocation system…move to Cuba. And who do you think is treating them preferentially?  Their banker who determines there are good funds in the account?

No, I’m not that old…I think…but am I going all Biden?

However, lets not forget that you got the first shot at correcting Rocky as to the legal issues involved here, discrimination instead of economics/socialism.  You failed completely.  You elected to stay off in the weeds.  Accordingly I thought I’d respond to you.  You are after all the lawyer, our local man of letters.

Is that so hard for you to follow.  You were chasing the mirage in this thread.  Be proud of yourself.  You aggressively joined a debate about a misnomer.  Thanks for that important contribution to the dialog here.

Blue hat socialist versus a red hat socialism, seems to be where we are right now.”

Am I confused Roscoe?  I didn’t think we were talking socialism. I thought we were talking about discrimination/affirmative action. Approaches that the nine wise souls have rightly banned as unconstitutional?
