The Deep State is real.  Just for the record, I’ve said before, and I’ll say it again, the Iran Deal was a test of Democratic control of the media that the American people (and the media) failed.  If we re-enter the Iran deal, that will be a huge foreign policy misstep of epic proportions.  They’re going to cheat anyways.  We shouldn’t give them money to cheat and continue their terrorism across the Middle East.

*shrug* Big Tech decided they wanted to follow the mainstream media into trying to tell people what to believe.  As a result, they’ve lost credibility just like the major news organizations have  All this “disputed,” “suspension,” “fact-checking” stuff goes one way, and as a result, lacks credibility.  They’ve made their bed, they’re going to have to live with the possible consequences.  Of course, those who benefit just won a top-line election, but if they keep it up, those who are most affected may win the legislative branch, and then there will be h— to pay.

There’s a reason why populism is making a comeback.  The arrogance of the media, big tech, and the “elites,” has become too much.  Top down management of all aspects of people’s lives, WHILE jobs are being lost, businesses are going under, and in general people’s lives are becoming less free is having a tangible effect.  Say what you will about Trump, he really did deliver on the economy and making people feel more free (unless you bought into the media’s “fascism” garbage).

Real household income rose, not just for the wealthy, but for EVERYBODY under Trump.  Minority wages rose across the board. Employment numbers for the poorest, minorities, women, etc., reached unprecedented levels.

Whine all you want about the Trump tax cuts, but they provided real tax relief to the poorest and middle class (the nature of a progressive tax system means you CANNOT cut taxes without benefiting the people in the top income brackets on some level).  You wonder what the Trump appeal was?  Talk to the non-political classes.

There’s some interesting stuff going on all over the country.

We need comprehensive election reform.  Early voting is fine.  Counting super late ballots, universal mail ballots, ballot harvesting, no signature / ID matching, etc. need to go.  I’ve heard proposals for blockchain solutions and third / neutral party counting / auditing solutions, as well.  If you think it can’t be done on a bipartisan basis, look at Florida post-2000.  There was an attempt to steal the Senate seat (and the Governor’s seat) in 2018, but a concerted Republican effort forced the corrupt Broward County election officials to stop some really sketchy (and illegal under Florida law) practices, saving the seat.

Kamala just endorsed equality of outcome, not equality of opportunity.  Full-on Marxism.  Great stuff.

With poll questions like that, how do you expect honest answers?

I’ve voted absentee before.  This time, I dropped my ballot off in person at a drop box.  It still sucks.  I would rather stand in line, and vote in person, but California doesn’t do that anymore.
There are 80,000 patients in PA, with similar numbers in MI, FL, etc.
There are fewer patients in PA and MI because of their governors. *zing*  Actually, I think PA rescinded their nursing home order after the health official was caught pulling her grandmother out of a nursing home just before the order went into effect.  Remember the Ilhan Omar videos?  They knew nursing homes were a good source of votes.

I hate mail-in voting.  If I was given an option, I would have voted in person, on Tuesday.  The bar code on my envelope was crooked.  I hope that doesn’t mean anything, but it seemed like it was a weird anomaly.  I guess we’ll see what happens with my vote.

This is rather pedestrian.  Yes, there’s an FBI investigation into international money laundering by Hunter and his associates.  They used an already open case (low evidentiary standard) to obtain the laptop.  Having a case number and having the repair store owner testify as to chain of custody before a grand jury is not that exciting.

    Now this has legs.

Palm tree maintenance is no joke.

Also, this is, given what we know, the likeliest explanation.

Well, I guess those terms mean strange things to Democrats.  Kamala Harris was a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal, and now she’s running away from it.

It’s my understanding that these are raw numbers of who has voted early from each state’s Secretary of State.  No tabulation of who each voter voted for (counting generally doesn’t start now), so who an independent (or a GOP or Dem) voted for isn’t in the number.  There’s an assumption that voters are going to vote for their party, but right now the votes are just being collected, not tabulated.
